Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Director of Cloud and Digital Partner Marketing to lead our efforts in building and optimizing partnerships within the cloud technology and digital partnership ecosystem. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing partner marketing strategies to enhance our presence in the digital ecosystem.
Essential Functions:
Strategic Marketing Planning & Development:
Identify, evaluate, and cultivate strategic marketing partnerships with key players in the cloud and digital technology industry.
Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing initiatives that drive mutual business objectives.
Marketing Program Development:
Design and implement marketing programs that align with our payments solutions resulting in cloud and digital partners consuming and/or jointly selling more Visa payment products.
Develop and manage incentive programs to motivate partners to actively participate in marketing initiatives.
Digital Partner Marketing Ecosystem:
Build and nurture relationships with digital partners, including cloud service providers, technology integrators, and solution providers.
Leverage partnerships to enhance our digital marketing reach and impact.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with internal business development, sales, alliance, and other marketing teams to integrate marketing efforts seamlessly into broader marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure alignment between partner initiatives and business objectives.
Data-Driven Optimization:
Utilize analytics and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of partner marketing programs.
Continuously optimize strategies based on data insights to maximize ROI.
Thought Leadership:
Establish our company as a thought leader in the cloud and digital partner marketing space through speaking engagements, webinars, and other industry events.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide strategic guidance.
Budget Management:
Manage the partner marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation for successful campaign execution.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
o 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
o 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience
o Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on having extensive experience working at top tier cloud of digital partnership company (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc).
o Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
o Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and collaborate with external partners.
o Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align partner marketing efforts with overall business goals.
o Digital Marketing Proficiency: Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, with a focus on leveraging partnerships to amplify digital reach.
o Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
o Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 192,700.00 to 265,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
