Job Description

Visa Cross-Border Solutions (VXBS) offers deep money movement capabilities to organisations across the globe. Powered by Currencycloud technology, Visa Cross-Border Solutions enhances, streamlines and simplifies integrating the cross-border financial tools of tomorrow. Clients can embed cross-border finance into the heart of their business and create sophisticated and user-friendly app-based experiences, connecting consumers and businesses around the world. Since 2012, the technology behind Visa Cross-Border Solutions has been used to process more than $250bn to over 180 countries, partnering with banks, businesses and fintech’s all over the world. Expertly manage commercial relationships with a portfolio of accounts within the program, EWallet and issuer segments, developing relationships, managing stakeholders and advocates.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage a sales pipeline of expansion opportunities (upsell, cross-sell and renewal) to achieve and exceed the goals of the business.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the problems clients experience, the impact of these problems and how our technology and products solve these.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to develop account strategies, co-designing success plans to increase product adoption, satisfaction and revenue growth within the portfolio of customers.
  • Work within the cross-functional pod team (inc. New Business, CSM’s, Product, Marketing, Solutions) to lead and drive the development of your given market segments.
  • Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of our platform, how it works and the benefits it provides.
  • Be seen as the Thought Leader and go-to expert for your segment(s) both internally and also externally to broaden and deepen relationships with customers and partners.

This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at
least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA,
JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:
• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more
years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD,
MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• 5+ years in Account Management.
• Experience selling SaaS based solutions.
• Knowledge of International Payments, FX and Banking.
• Enhanced communication skills with the ability to negotiate both internally at a
higher level and externally to C-Suite executives.
• In depth understanding of how their own discipline & sales metrics help to
contribute, plan and build a plan for success to hit and exceed targets.
• Genuine interest in Fintech and/or specific areas of it.
• Tools: Salesforce, Gainsight, Tableau (or similar).

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 176,500 to 243,000 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
