Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the implementation of business development strategy to increase revenues from existing accounts and win new accounts, increase PV numbers from existing accounts and win new accounts and increase the Client Satisfaction rating
  • Support the implementation of the functional strategy by partnering closely with key stakeholders to support and implement product development strategy for existing and new accounts, enhance penetration of existing products within current and new accounts and focus on client education to lay the foundation for the next phase of growth 
  • Relationship management for a group of assigned financial institution accounts
  • Directly supporting senior sales staff on their areas of responsibilities
  • Identifying potential new clients to launch Visa’s payment products and programs. Manage these accounts from the initial pitch to their public launch
  • Works with internal Product teams to formulate and implement product proposition, cardholder on-boarding process and cardholder lifecycle management
  • Manage business relationships with existing clients to ensure that Visa is the association of choice and deriving a larger part of their business for Visa
  • Co-ordinate Visa’s support and services across various functional areas i.e. Client services, brand / marketing, acceptance, risk and product management groups to deliver added value to client banks
  • Extend Visa’s leadership across core business, value added services and CMS
  • Establish alliance partners (banks, non-banks, technology service providers) and create new business opportunities for growth of Visa business
  • Responsible for account planning and sales pitches to clients
  • Recommend strategy and negotiating of clients deals
  • Coordinating across functional groups within Visa & prioritizing of resources for productivity and returns on investment

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree preferably in Business Management
• 5-7 years of proven sales experience, with strong account management experience, product/portfolio management experience, project management experience and relationship management experience, business consultation experience from the relevant industry
• Project and Financial management
• Good analytical skill
• Knowledge of payments systems and the cards industry
• Communication and Presentation skills
• Result orientated team player
