Job Description

As Manager Product Engagement, Spend Clarity for Enterprise, you will be a key part of the Spend Clarity for

Enterprise Product Team. In this role you will:

  • Provide technical coordination and management of the implementation of Fraedom products for partners 
  • Assist in deploying new community product features or enhancements 
  • Manage white label implementation projects and existing partner projects, and provide support for new sales opportunities 
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Product Leadership to validate partner plans to ensure feature readiness and capacity allocation understand the priority of partner work items against other business priorities 
  • Work closely with stakeholders on partner driven projects understand and communicate project status by workstream generate all project reporting associated with Technology team deliverables, including escalations

Project Management

Create partner delivery plans based on:

  • feature scope and desired delivery timelines
  • delivery demand/capacity plans provided by the Head of Commercial Delivery
  • Communicate business delivery/desired timeline goals/objectives to technical workstream leads to drive delivery of features/outcomes
  • Determine cross-functional team capacity requirements in
  • consideration of dependencies
  • Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate program risks

Program Reporting

Track and report on delivery plan status, considering:

  • partner and internal dependencies, development velocity & risk issues
  • Track and report on project issues associated with each workstream
  • Track and report on variance between estimated and actual LOE
  • Escalate project issues to internal stakeholders
  • Provide GCB with ad-hoc program reporting or status updates as required

Workstream Oversight

  • Have full oversight over all technical workstreams associated with assigned partner engagements to understand development progress and estimate variance

Relationship Management

  • Proactive stakeholder engagement
  • Maintain strong relationships with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Influence outcomes to achieve feature delivery within target delivery timeframes

Feature Implementation

  • Facilitate the successful uptake of new product features for partnersCoordinate technical activities required for feature implementation
  • Assist with testing, piloting, and change management where required 
  • Identify and communicate partner or Fraedom dependencies
  • Support GCB and Partners with change management activities

Solutions Support

Use product and industry knowledge to deliver new product/features demonstrations for:

  • internal team training o existing partners
  • new sales opportunities
  • provide customers with a deeper understanding of features to optimize use of the solution
  • Work closely with the wider Product team to provide support with internally driven initiatives and/or partner engagement activities

Requirements Gathering

  • Work with stakeholders to understand complex business goals and requirements, clearly identifying business problems
  • Respectfully challenge pre-conceived thinking to ensure alignment with Fraedom solutions or approach
  • Facilitate the engagement Product Managers or SMEs to work with directly with customers when required

This position is to be based in our Denver, CO office location.  Relocation assistance will not be offered for this role at this time.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate business and/or SaaS environment.
  • 3 years Project Management or Product Implementation experience, being able to multi-task with involvement in multiple projects and associated workstreams
  • Skills to work and build relationship with resources across various time zones
  • Experience with AGILE Scrum methodologies
  • Experience working in a software development and service delivery company, in a SaaS environment
  • Engage stakeholders to create and implement processes that impact cross functional teams
  • Able to cultivate strong, effective long-term relationships with other teams to achieve business goals
  • Able to gently challenge and present options for consideration

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $100,700 USD to $130,900.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
