Job Description
Position summary
Based in the Foster City office, this position provides a broad range of administrative support to the Senior Vice President and Vice President of Platform Products by providing support to the broader organization, including event planning, catering, supply ordering, facilities requests and day-to-day operational support. The incumbent is encouraged to prioritize and run multiple and, at times, conflicting priorities and provide a consistent level support across each leader’s function, and be able to anticipate and effectively respond to a variety of business and support needs and requirements. The position requires a broad understanding of departmental and company policies and practices, and an ability to work in a complex product development and engineering organization within a larger corporate environment.
Essential Functions:
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to settle their significance and plan their distribution
Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are encouraged to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
• 2 or more years of work experience
• Experience exercising independent judgment with direction from supervisor
• Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills.
• Experience working independently
• Experience keeping information organized and confidential
• Experience with mentoring skills to provide support and constructive performance feedback
• Experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 72,900.00 to 93,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
