Job Description

  • Develop and execute project plans and processes to boost the governance structures across various aspects of Marketing function.
  • Support in preparing the overall budget planning and financial forecasting of the Marketing CEMEA function by collecting information from all sub-regions and managing the monthly validation of financial and operational performance.
  • Coordinate with the sub-regional marketing teams to deliver Monthly Business reviews packs to be presented to CEMEA / Global leadership team.
  • Support in preparing information required for ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from CEMEA and Global Finance teams, Global Marketing teams, CEMEA Business Planning Ops, etc.
  • Support in formulation and regular tracking of Marketing CEMEA scorecard
  • Support in project management through visa’s internal project management systems and provide status reports as well as support in tool enhancements and roll out of new tools to support a fast-growing business unit in Visa.
  • Responsible for assessing team compliance by cross-checking completeness and all Marketing project documentation 
  • Marketing process SME, act as the primary liaison between Marketing CEMEA and the CEMEA Ops, Legal, Sourcing, Controllership and Compliance teams to ensure Marketing’s business requirements are met
  • Support and compile Marketing CEMEA interactions with Visa Audit teams and their respective stakeholders
  • Support ongoing training, guidance of and communication to all Marketing CEMEA team members on Marketing-related finances and business operations, processes and tools, including Visa project management systems and time tracking.

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Business or Engineering related University degree, with focus on Finance / Business Analysis, Planning or Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Consulting / Finance / business analysis / operations role, preferably in large matrix organizations
• Experienced in working across functions and with different levels of seniority.
• Extensive experience in developing and managing processes and project plans.
• Extensive experience in crafting compelling and engaging presentations.
• Excellent analytical, written, oral, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Experience in project management.
• Ability to develop understanding of complex business processes and structures.
• Ability to multitask in a variety of tasks with different levels of complexity.
• Ability to develop effective plans and organize work efficiently.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish fact-based decisions.
• Pro-active and result driven attitude
• Business fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and database management skills
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and share learnings with extended teams and new joiners as a trainer.
• Ability to create efficient MI reporting with limited guidance.
• Ability to work in a complex matrix organization – collaborating with multiple stakeholders across diverse geographies.
