Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who is a self-starter, ready to learn and experiment, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. A key driver of success will be the ability to focus on the highest leverage activities in the face of rapid change and new information, and the ability to independently drive activities all the way to successful completion. Role focus on Product that manages settlement, funding and all reconciliation activities with acquirers, processor and merchant partners.
The Senior Product Manager will be defining the integration needs for various partners, work closely with development organization in delivering requirements, tracking execution and in commercialization the product in market.
Essential Functions
- Support the development of the product strategy, go-to-market plans, and product design documents (concept document, business case, product requirements)
- Support the development of the product roadmap to define/support the product goals and strategies Become subject matter expert on Visa Acceptance Solutions payment reconciliation capabilities and support the product team in driving the development of product features and functionality, leveraging the strong foundation of existing capabilities where appropriate.
- Understand market trends, competition, user requirements and potential possibility to explore the partnership opportunities to accelerate product capabilities. Distill market research to provide perspective to the team and product management leaders to inform insights and decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., regional teams, technology, client services, other product teams, risk, and other applicable groups) to define and execute a cohesive strategy related to a specific product or feature.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
• 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience
with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
• Strong analytical skills with familiarity of payment systems
• Experience in building card processing connections and payment reporting , reconciliation and data
management
• Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences in an approachable
way and strong documentation skills, including PowerPoint
• Detail oriented and highly execution focused by working in conjunction with various counterparts
across multiple functional groups
• Ability to quickly learn about the internal systems and how it all works together
• Ability to influence, negotiate and drive results, ensuring that timelines are adhered to and any risks
to the project are called out early
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 157,700.00 to 205,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
