The VMS team is all about delivery, implementation, and execution. We create squads of delivery consultants to embed within our clients’ organizations to help them deliver better results, faster.
We are looking for a passionate Acquisition Manager to join our team and work within a team responsible for the management of Commercial Card products for one of our largest strategic partners.
Based in our amazing, state of the art office in Melbourne, you’ll be responsible for leading customer acquisition and engagement initiatives, working cross-functionally to deliver growth across the portfolio.

What you will be doing
- Define the Commercial Cards portfolio strategy, with a focus on acquisition activities and portfolio mix
- Leverage data analysis and insights to support strategy development by understanding ongoing portfolio performance
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and other supporting functions to plan for initiatives and campaigns to drive growth in the portfolio
- Support the end-to-end execution of the identified initiatives and campaigns
- Analyse portfolio and campaign performance to iterate on the strategy and ensure focus is on the right areas of the business
- Oversee portfolio governance including budgeting, timelines, and resource management
- Bring in Visa expertise from the broader business when required
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Experience we value:
• Experience in and passion for payments
• Prior experience in managing products or leading growth initiatives is a major plus
• A proven track record of delivering projects to time, within costs and to the highest quality
