Job Description
- Within the role you will optimize and coordinate business processes for IMD funded projects across Central Europe
- Establish a system enabling effective IMD management between our Finance /Procurement, Consulting and Sales functions end to end , including automation and reporting
- Support country managers with driving strategic market initiatives and lead on market insights
- Develop early flagging process to highlight timely communication of IMD related risks and opportunities to functions/area managers
- Develop standard contracts for events and manage them
- Build and develop strong relationships on all levels mainly with Account Executives, Marketing, Consulting, Product and Finance
- You have affinity with the payment landscape and will further develop your understanding of Visa products and services. Your background and drive will help you in identifying new opportunities and ensure our new services and solutions are part of client’s future roadmap.

Qualifications
• Excellent analytical, organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
• Proactive approach, attention to detail and keen sense for accuracy
• Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills and ability to motivate stakeholders and clearly communicate results.
• Previous management’s support experience
• Good planning and prioritising skills
• Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent command in English
• Relevant Years of working experience
