About us

Visa Managed Services (VMS) is the delivery arm of Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) team. We draw on our expertise in strategy, consulting, data analytics and industry experience to develop and implement fact-based recommendations to improve client performance. The VMS team specialise in recruiting the right talent to into our client’s businesses to make changes happen.

 

About your role

Embedded at the client’s office, you’ll enjoy working in a collaborative team alongside experts from product, analytics, and marketing. Together you’ll form a roadmap of strategic marketing activities and work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns to customers.

 

About you

Our ideal candidate is a confident problem solver who’s an expert in data manipulation, has some knowledge of data warehousing and can synthesis key findings for the business. You have experience working with bank product teams and digital payments technologies and are energised by taking a task and developing and managing the pathway to the solution. If you are driven by results and are customer-obsessed, we want you!

 

 

Things that should be familiar to you

  • Delivering quality insights in a fast-paced, agile environment where you will build customer journeys in the form of Next Best Conversation customer decisioning and other digital channels

  • Proficient in SAS / SQL / R Python, and Excel (PowerPoint experience beneficial)

  • Extensive experience in using data driven analytics to develop dashboards, insights and recommendations

  • Ability to understand complex problems and take a structured approach to find answers in the data

  • Synthesising qualitative and quantitative data and facts from various sources to identify relationships and patterns. Arriving at logical conclusions, you will identify opportunities for improved customer outcomes and design and develop analytical solutions for our stakeholders

  • You feel capable in managing multiple stakeholders in order to undercover, quantify and present key findings

  • You’re a confident communicator and strong team player

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
