Senior Manager, Commercial Fleet & Mobility Product Expansion
Commercial Fleet and Mobility is a part of Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS), a key pillar of Visa’s Commercial and Mony Movement. VCS has overall responsibility for all aspects of business strategy, development and management of B2B products, platform, and information management aimed at tapping into the 120T global B2B opportunity for Visa. VBS products serve small business, middle market and large multinational companies, governments, and commercial supply chain/B2B segments.
Within VCS, the Commercial Fleet and Mobility team drives growth by driving internal sales adoption, developing product proposition, driving growth new partnerships, identifying new solutions, and solving for differentiated vehicle payment flows. The team is growing revenue by working with numerous fleet card companies, oil companies and dynamic B2B start-ups in the fleet payments ecosystem.
Job Description and Responsibilities
This role, Senior Manager, Commercial Fleet & Mobility Product Expansion, coordinates of the execution of Issuing client and Merchants in the Commercial Fleet and Mobility vertical to accelerate revenue and volume growth. The role requires a strong communicator that can proactively coordinate both internally and with partners/clients. This position works closely with stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Product, Client Success teams to drive team deliverables.
Coordinating Vertical Engagement to Drive Growth:
- Tracks fleet customer acquisitions and implementation by managing global Commercial Fleet and Mobility client pipeline.
- Proactively engages regional fleet engagement teams to obtain status updates.
- Escalates delays in Issuing client contracting or implementations.
- Ensures Dynamics is current with Global and Regional Fleet & Mobility opportunities.
- Maintains Vertical Team collateral including regional & global sales materials, product materials and Fleet RFP responses repository
- Reports Partner volume and revenue growth vs plan
Merchant Implementation:
- Tracks status of Acquirer and Merchant Visa Fleet implementations
- Proactively follows up with stakeholders when Merchant projects are behind plan
- Coordinates Acquirer implementation questions with Regional product and Merchant sales team.
- Develops FAQ source to guide Merchants and Acquirers on common challenges to implementation
- Contributes to Merchant Fleet Implementation Guide.
- Collaborate within VCS team and broader Visa (Rules Team, Interchange, Acceptance, Legal) to streamline merchant and partner execution
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience
with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
• 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience
with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
• A minimum of 5 years business experience with payments related products
• B2B Payments or financial services industry experience preferred
• Demonstrated track record of coordinating complex product implementations with partners
• Proven record of implementing strategic initiatives, policies and operational decisions
• Teamwork, interpersonal & relationship-building skills, and ability to lead by influence and example
• Proven ability to partner, communicate and manage/navigate through multiple disciplines and
organizational groups
• Executive presence, Strong written and oral communication
• Team oriented, collaborative and flexible
• Ability to influence and work within matrixed environment
• A willingness and ability to be flexible and do what is needed across the team
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 121,000.00 to 157,300.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
