Job Description

Job Summary

·       As a liaison between scrum teams and business end-users, the Analyst will ensure timely delivery of product roadmap content while identifying risks, challenges, opportunities and growth strategies, business integration needs and retirement plans.

 

·       Support Customers during Certification & Customer Issue investigation of Alternate Payment Integrations

·       Attend and actively participate in scrum meetings and remain engaged in scrum development.

·       Interact with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups, user groups and requirements gathering sessions using insight gained to complete business scope documents and define user personas for individual products.

 

Essential Functions

 

·       Support Product and Project Management while engaging team members and key stakeholders to drive conversations and deliverables that impact the overall Value Added Services Alternate Payments Roadmap

·       Partner with Product Managers and Product team for ongoing refinement of product backlog and execution of the product roadmap

·       Accountable for timely execution of Production Validations, Customer Certification of Alternate Payment Integration, supporting in Business Requirement, supporting in generating pertinent process flows as applicable.

·       Conduct elaboration sessions to solicit requirements not detailed related to Customer Alternate payment certification and issue investigations to refine the requirements and customer ask.

·       Writing Stories, Testing Conditions/ scripts, validation criteria, contributing to communication plans and support release planning.

·       Effectively identify, communicate, and escalate risks, blockers, and impacts that could delay the certification of Alternate Payment Methods or Issue investigation.

Support Operations teams with Issue Investigation, testing, user experience testing, research and other duties as assigned
 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Overall, 5 years of experience, requires at least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst role preferably with Agile methods, process & execution.
• Experience writing stories, preferably working knowledge for creating testing plans, test conditions, test automation, use cases and validation criteria.
• Experience in writing database queries, writing scripts, basic coding knowledge, API testing.
• Collaborative and a high level of comfort and effectiveness in coordination roles working with multiple business and technology partners to drive transparency in certification deliverables, across time zones.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 100,200.00 to 127,800.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
