  • Provide leadership and direction in business priorities and ensure successful execution of global and regional strategies.
  • Drive process improvements to optimize operations between the Sales Teams and Yellowpepper functional teams, by leading cross-functional, regional, and or geographic process improvement initiatives.
  • Create and maintain monthly and quarterly regional scorecards with key KPIs for each functional team.
  • Manage global operational initiatives, including global communications, global planning, etc.
  • Design and implement programs to expand and develop sales capabilities for the client facing teams
  • Initiate, manage and report key strategic YellowPepper initiatives and, or projects as required.
  • Provide internal compliance guidance by working with cross functional teams to ensure highest internal audit ratings.
  • Improve the current YellowPepper Client Engagement Survey and manage out comes with related actions
  • Manage YellowPepper Employee Engagement results and provide actionable steps for improvement

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8
years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/
MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

• 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of
experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years
of work experience with a PhD
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong demonstrated experience in strategy business planning, revenue
service planning & generation, profit & loss management, technical support &
operations, and project management.
• Proven ability to formulate strategy, drive change and deliver results across
functions is critical.
• Consulting skills and client engagement capabilities.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of leading and driving teams to achieve and exceed
established goals.
• Strong commercial acumen and solid business judgment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively
with inter-disciplinary groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
projects simultaneously
• Strength in building partnerships, working collaboratively in a matrix with
minimal guidance, proven influencing skills
• Payment domain or FinTech experience is a major plus

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 132,100.00 to 171,700.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
