Job Description
•Develop individual engagement plans and strategies for each key Client, aligned with Client's and Visa business objectives
•Develop actionable Marketing proposals, leveraging Visa's many assets and own personal expertise (including but not limited to) research and data insights, payment trends, brand and sponsorship assets, creative origination, digital marketing solutions, local and global best practices)
•Support RfPs and new business wins through marketing thought leadership and ideation
•Optimize the value of Visa's sponsorship portfolio to deliver against Clients objectives
•In collaboration with the Account Executives, engage directly with key Clients to develop strong working relationships ensuring a thorough understanding of their business
•Develop and share co-marketing use cases and best practices, to guide and inspire Clients and the wider Visa organization
•Support Clients with feedback and marketing advice to support their marketing objectives and innovation initiatives
•Manage and/or brief creative, media, and/or third-party agencies and suppliers to ensure delivery of marketing programs
•Manage budget, forecasts, production and campaign tracking in collaboration with Clients and third-party suppliers
•Develop innovative, new to Visa ways of delivering value to clients
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
•Ability to lead and facilitate impactful discussions with small and large groups, both externally (clients) and internally (matrix organization)
•Comfortable with engaging and presenting with impact to senior decision makers
•Extensive experience of Marketing and B2B Partnerships
•Fluent in English (compulsory) and Greek
•Influencing and negotiation skills
•Comfortable working with Data and Insights
•Budget management and reporting
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Education to University degree level, or hold equivalent professional experience
•High level of marketing experience & proven experience of delivering co-marketing campaigns
