Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Vice President of Cross-Product B2B Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive growth across multiple B2B product lines. As the Vice President, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives, enhance brand visibility, and increase revenue generation. This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong understanding of B2B marketing, cross-product positioning, and a track record of successfully leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cross-Product B2B Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive cross-product marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and objectives, ensuring consistency in messaging and positioning across all products.
2. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis, competitor research, and customer insights to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth across diverse B2B product lines.
3. Brand Positioning: Define and strengthen the company's brand positioning across all product categories, creating a compelling and differentiated market presence.
4. Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to provide the necessary tools, resources, and training to enable effective product positioning and sales pitches across all product lines.
5. Analytics and Performance Tracking: Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and make informed decisions to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets for cross-product campaigns, ensuring resource allocation is optimized to maximize ROI and drive business growth.
7. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture to drive excellence in execution and creativity.
8. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly report marketing performance, campaign results, and strategic initiatives to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-12 or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 8 years of work experience with a PhD
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
-15 or more years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD)
- Extensive experience in B2B marketing (10 years +), with a proven track record of success in cross-product marketing and brand positioning.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Strategic thinker with a strong ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.
- Solid understanding of market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics in the B2B space.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and resource allocation effectively.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing channels.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 196,400.00 to 270,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
