What’s it all about

Visa Spend Clarity Enterprise is a global SaaS product centered around Visa Commercial and Virtual Cards. It compliments a bank’s corporate card program for large corporates, allowing for streamlined card program management, expense management, cards controls, and virtual payment solutions from the desktop interface and Mobile App.

As Senior Director, Head of Product Management (Growth Portfolio), you will lead the Product Management teams within your portfolio streams and be accountable for the product management practices that shape the key focus areas including the overall strategic direction of our product.

You will work closely with Product & Technology VP’s and other Senior Directors in the definition and execution of the product, delivery and technology strategies.

The development of the product is structured around Product Area domains, each with their own goals and objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio group of these streams to create innovative, sustainable and achievable roadmaps for each product area and ensure successful product outcomes in alignment with the business strategy.

Experience in Software Product Management is a must, along with running a team of Product Directors and Technical Product Managers.

What the role does at Visa

• Establishes Spend Clarity Enterprise Growth Portfolio direction based on analysis of market trends, drivers, internal capabilities, client needs and product discovery. The “What” and “Why”
• Leads the execution of the roadmap and strategy across the portfolio streams
• Responsible for developing Product Management disciplines and industry leading practices throughout the organization
• Develops a deep understanding of Spend Clarity Enterprise competitor landscape globally
• Establish team performance objectives and development plans, track performance and evaluate progress towards goals
• Coordinates the creation and delivery of product management communications and supporting product collateral

• 15+ years of Product Management experience
• Strong leadership experience at a senior level. An executive influencer
• Experience in managing a team of Product Directors and executing on Product strategy
• Deep understanding of Product Management disciplines, the value of business intelligence/analytics, and key industry metrics and measures
• Deep understanding and empathy of customer needs and commercial drivers
• Experience with B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) product development
• Able to keep pace with emerging technologies and genuine desire to be across new product designs and user experience trends
