Job Description

The Change & Transformation Communications Specialist for the Implementation and Change team will be a key member in Visa’s Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO), which is responsible for driving meaningful and sustainable change across the many segments of Visa’s business. Broad topics may include, but are not limited to:

  • Helping develop strategies and initiatives that drive step-change improvement in accountability

  • Addressing enterprise-wide organizational improvements to unlock revenue or capacity

  • Identifying areas of opportunity to improve the client experience and accelerate time-to-market

As an analyst, the individual will be a member of the Implementation and Change practice and responsible for supporting key activities designed to drive specific behavior and mindset change. They will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, tools, and technology. This person will be a critical player in delivering assets required to ensure the business is ready for change.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be passionate about change and have been part of project teams that have deployed enterprise-wide change. The ideal candidate will be creative, can think outside of the box, and possess strong organizational skills.

Key responsibilities will include developing and deploying change tactics to maximize employee adoption and proficiency, while minimizing resistance.

  • Directly and in partnership with internal SMEs and agency partners develop content ranging from executive memos, internal presentations, infographics, FAQs, videos, intranet destinations and case studies

  • In partnership with Visa University develop and curate training and education programs including self-learning, instructor led learning, and educational events

  • Document and manage the change execution plan, preparing status reports as needed

  • Keep the project team informed of status of deliverables and sequence deliverables appropriately to align with the overall project plan

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
• Previous experience in implementing organizational wide change
• Solid understanding of organizational change management principles, methodologies, tools and best practices
• Prosci or other change management certification or designation
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite including Word, PPT, Teams and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:
• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Previous experience working in a consulting firm as part of an implementation team
• Strong written and visualization skills, with a background in marketing, communications, or design
• Superb proficiency in PPT, with experience using InDesign or similar design tools a plus
• Ability to coordinate activities with colleagues from cross-functional teams, and take direction from others

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 83,300.00 to 106,200.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
