Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager in the Connectivity organization, you will be responsible for the overall quality of the Connectivity product. You will own all metrics that are important to us, including defining, measuring and improving them. This is a role that requires solid analytical skills, sharp focus on underlying drivers of metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to move the metrics. Quality is the most important factor in customer buying decisions - and this role is key to us building market-leading connectivity.

You will define the metrics and evangelize them and gather feedback. You will lead efforts to measure the metrics and form baselines for performance. You will set targets for those metrics and lead cross-functional efforts to improve them. You will set strategic direction for quality, prioritization of efforts and perform market research.

Responsibilities

  • You will own quality of the Connectivity product in the US market.
  • You will develop long-term strategic and short-term tactical roadmap for quality of our products.
  • You will drive competitive benchmarking and customer research to gain an understanding of market dynamics.
  • You will collaborate with engineering, product, design, business and other teams to drive substantial improvements to our metrics.

 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 6 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, PhD)
  • Experience in product management from a high growth technology company or the financial services industry
  • You have prior experience owning, defining, and improving key business metrics at a high growth technology or financial services company.
  • You are data-driven, with a focus on constantly improving the product experience
  • Demonstrated ability to drive product development with high velocity and quality
  • Obsessed about building amazing products with both amazing user and developer experiences
  • Used to collaborate with and influence broad set of stakeholders across various functions spanning from sales to engineering

 Preferred Qualifications

  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, PhD)
  • Experience building consumer engagement or risk solutions at an open banking aggregator in the US market is a big plus

Additional Information

Work Hours:  This position will be based in the Tink New York offices and this person should anticipate to be working in  hybrid environment three days a week (60% of time in office)   This will not be a remote position.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 165,000 to 180,000 USD --Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
