Job Description
Visa is searching for a Senior Manager, Global Marketing Services to support critical aspects of the Marketing Services business and organization that are imperative to our future success. As a key member of the Global Marketing Services Team, the selected candidate will lead our ongoing Knowledge Management strategy & approach, craft all internal and external content + narrative development, own our robust Culture-Building Program to connect + inspire our worldwide team, and architect + execute our Global Learning & Development agenda for Marketing Services.
This is an incredibly dynamic (and fun!) role that is critical to helping ensure we advance the Marketing Services practice and enable Client Marketers everywhere to be successful.
Essential Functions (Required):
Lead ongoing management of the new Marketing Services Knowledge Hub on Compass, including platform adoption, optimization, and ongoing gathering of content collection, to facilitate cross-sharing of knowledge worldwide.
Lead the thinking on a Wave 2 Knowledge Management strategy to deliver content that Client Marketers can leverage with clients externally to support ongoing sell-in efforts.
Lead ongoing Marketing Services narrative + content development, including both internal and external-facing content (e.g. RfP supporting materials, sales credentials, best practices, benchmarks, Global pitch materials, Executive presentations, and more).
Support any Global Client RfP responses that may arise.
Lead the planning and successful execution of all Marketing Services Community & Connection forums – Annual Global Marketing Summit, Monthly Community of Practice Meetings, Quarterly All Staff Meetings, Annual Culture Survey, and more.
Lead the Learning & Development agenda, program, and content for the worldwide Marketing Services organization, including completion of the FY23 Annual Bootcamp Program and Mini Master Class Series.
Architect the Learning & Development Agenda for FY24 for the worldwide Marketing Services organization, and lead all execution and coordination of program efforts.
Given global nature of the role, flexibility to accommodate meetings across many time zones required.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience
with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
• 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of
experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience
with a PhD
• Eagerness to collaborate across teams with personnel of all levels, across many disciplines and
geographies to accomplish project objectives
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and collaboration skills, team player
• Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities
• Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior level
executives
• Robust project management experience and strong process orientation, able to create processes
from scratch and able to identify and drive continuous improvements
• Strong attention to detail
• Marketing, Sales, Learning/HR, or other client-facing experience preferred
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 121,000.00 to 157,300.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
