Job Description
The NA Regional Solution Design and Deployment team is responsible for regional-led product initiatives and the overall go-to-market roadmap for new products and solutions in North America. The Sr. Manager, Regional Solutions Strategy and Planning will partner across regional product design, commercialization, deployment, client engagement and client integration functional leads on strategic regional product initiatives. This role will work across key strategic product lines within Visa such as tokenization, authentication, risk and identity, loyalty, installments, and more.
We are looking for a technically savvy individual who can bring client needs and market demand fully into the product design and development process. You are a seasoned leader with strong business acumen, client focus, and most importantly an interest in continuous learning. This role reports to the VP, Regional Solution Design and Deployment within Visa’s NA Product and Solutions organization.
Day to day, the Sr. Manager will:
Build out unique, creative and impactful solutions in collaboration with cross-functional partners
Drive rigorous, fact based, quantitative analysis to support recommendations and ensure strategic and financial soundness and alignment for any recommendations
Build strong relationships with product and cross-functional partners
Develop clear and concise exec-level communications
Own and maintain team operations including budget and planning
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
• 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
• Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments industry
• Ability to independently lead and manage complex projects, with proven leadership success over a wide variety of functional business problems
• Ability to structure and manage complex cross-functional projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels
• Superior analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor as well as attention to detail
• Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior managers and external business partners
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility as a peer with functional and regional leaders within Visa
• Self-starter, team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 142,300.00 to 185,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
