Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Global Campaigns to lead our dynamic marketing team. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns on a global scale to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. As the Vice President of Global Campaigns, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall marketing strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the success of our campaigns across various regions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Global Campaign Strategy: Develop and lead the global campaign strategy, aligning with the company's overall marketing and business objectives. Identify target audiences, key messages, and campaign themes to resonate with customers worldwide.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional marketing teams, product marketing, content, creative, and sales to ensure seamless integration and execution of global campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
3. Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency and messaging coherence across all global campaigns to strengthen brand recognition and positioning.
4. Campaign Development: Oversee the end-to-end campaign development process, from concept creation to execution, ensuring that campaigns are innovative, engaging, and drive measurable results.
5. Budget & Agency Management: Effectively manage the marketing campaign budget, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives. Effectively build and maintain relationships with key agencies tasked with creating campaign elements.
6. Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize campaigns in real-time, and provide actionable insights to guide decision-making.
7. Thought Leadership: Drive thought leadership initiatives to position the company as an industry leader, collaborating with key stakeholders to showcase expertise and value to customers.
8. Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing global campaign team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.
9. Market Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations to drive continuous improvement and competitive advantage.
10. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate campaign performance, initiatives, and strategies to executive leadership and key stakeholders, providing updates on progress and results.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 12 or more years of work experience with bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 15 or more years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD)
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in B2B marketing, with a focus on global campaign development and execution.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful global marketing campaigns that drive business results and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional performance.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a passion for innovation and creativity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships across cross-functional teams and global regions.
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing resources effectively.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, content strategies, and marketing automation tools.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 218,200.00 to 300,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
