Job Description

Purpose:

Oversight on management and implementation of Visa marketing campaigns with Clients at market level that support the achievement of local business and brand objectives within Central Asia region. Maintain relations with the key Banks in Central Asia. Work with the Team of Central Asia business, VCA and Solutions team deliver client marketing services campaigns in the region, as well as optimize the ways of working to ensure efficiency and deliver the results with the resource available.

Principle Responsibilities, Key Results Area

  • Develop, coordinate and implement strategic marketing and communication plans designed to meet Clients expectations, including realization of market ng campaigns on behalf of clients, provide insight driven, data focused and actionable marketing recommendations and solutions for assigned products and services
  • Drive Strategic discussions with the top clients in Central Asia to align on Visa and Clients priorities and ensure efficiency of implementation across the region, maintain relations with the biggest clients in the region
  • Ensure consistent approach to VIK projects structuring and budgeting across Central Asia, deliver on internal targets
  • Align VAS approach with VCA and Solutions in CA, leverage cross functional collaboration
  • Together with the team to continually monitor existing and potential competitor marketing activities to identify new opportunities or highlight potential causes for business concern. 
  • Ensure quantitative post campaign and regular performance analysis provided in due time on key campaigns in CA, share with the rest of CISSEE Client marketing team, incorporate learnings into future projects.
  • Actively support the global brand strategy by ensuring all campaigns comply with the brand strategy and visual and verbal guidelines & Visa policies.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to and identify areas where these policies and procedures need local adaptation.
  • Build visibility, represent Central Asia at the forums on Client marketing services within CISSEE, CEMEA and Global
  • Continuously partner with CA Country Manager, serving as key point of contact for the CM for marketing-related activities in the region.

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in business or a related field with a marketing foundation
• Significant experience in marketing, working with big clients on developing and executing co-marketing campaigns. 5-6 years in a role related to partnership marketing programs and activities.
• Innovative and creative thinker with a track record of delivery and ability to manage several projects concurrently and see them through from conception to conclusion
• Structured mindset with significant strategic acumen
• Strong team player, able to work on multitask projects and in a multi-functional teams
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, hands-on, growth orientated work environment, must be adaptive to change
• Self-confident and able to think on their feet
• Strong personal motivation and commitment
• Understanding of local financial and banking market is a plus
• Must be proactive and demonstrate initiative, responsive and sociable
• Fluent English, Kazakh and Russian
