As part of the Merchant Digital Products organization, the CyberSource Global Services Team drives tangible, impactful, innovative and intelligent payment solutions and results for Visa marquee and strategic enterprise accounts worldwide.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will have primary responsibility for managing a specialized cross-functional and matrixed team working to support our global strategic clients. This role is execution-focused and requires strong partner advocacy, while overseeing product development and influencing product roadmaps within the broader CyberSource organization.
Program Managers, working in cooperation with sales, relationship management, program management, product owners and technology development are responsible for bringing innovative payment solutions to market to help differentiate Visa’s strategic partners, enable our sustained revenue growth and extend our product offerings to increase customer value, and strengthen overall account relationships.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will have primary responsibility of partnering with global, marquee enterprise clients. The Senior Program Manager, is responsible for understanding clients’ needs in-depth in order to facilitate the delivery of payment-related solutions that further their strategic objectives, this role is execution-focused and requires strong client advocacy while overseeing product development and influencing product roadmaps within the broader CyberSource organization. Program Managers, working in close partnership with sales, relationship management, technology, and delivery teams, are responsible for bringing innovative payment solutions to market to help differentiate Visa’s enterprise clients, enable sustained revenue growth, extend core product/service offerings, increase customer value, and strengthen overall client relationships.
Success in this role requires expertise in understanding and explaining the evolving payment ecosystem, product development and delivery, as well as enterprise client advocacy and management. Strong oral and written communication skills, business development, product development, and relationship management skills are essential. Regular travel to client locations will be required.

Responsibilities:
- Plans, organizes and manages all phases of a project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery
- Accountable for holistic program management support for the overall client engagement to develop and manage project plans and timelines, governance plans, reporting, and budgets
- Manages all client interactions related to defining, committing, and delivering functionality required for their GTM plans
- Develops & grooms client’s backlog
- Leads project planning activities and facilitates project meetings, ensuring the project team delivers against its commitments with the highest quality deliverables in a timely fashion
- Establishes and manages client expectations throughout the project lifecycle; follows defined scope management processes
- Communicates committed timelines and helps clients prepare to support integrated ASPS solutions
- Creates Statements of Work (SOWs) that encompass development, testing, implementation, and warranty period
- Coordinates with Solution Architects Product Management to determine applicable mandate impact to client solutions
- Reports and escalates issues, risks and blockers, with mitigation and path to resolution
- Partners with Account Management / Sales on Client Commercialization Plans
- Organizes all areas of client support and acts as the hub of all partner interactions
Demonstrated Ability:
- Project / Program management (managing scope, developing project plans/timelines and addressing risks / issues to progress project forward)
- Business analysis – ability to capture and manage client’s requirements and excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer relationship management expertise
- Driving execution delivery with a focus on accountability and ownership within a matrix organization
- Assertive approach to drive towards results and ability to solve complex problems
- Strong leadership qualities and proven experience working as part of a cross-functional team to meet client goals.

This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.
Qualifications
• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least
5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or
2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
• 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or
more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters,
MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
• Quantitative-focused bachelor’s degree in Business, or Computer Science or
similar bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus
• 5+ years of professional consulting experience managing clients with
considerable enterprise delivery experience
• 5+ years payment industry domain expertise
• Strategic analysis background in financial services and/or emerging
technologies
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 113,800.00 to 148,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
