Job Description
Unix/Windows Systems Analyst CyberSource, a Visa company, is the leading payment processor focused on eCommerce. The company serves over 480,000 online merchants, including many leading global brands as well as a broad base of small to mid-sized accounts. CyberSource is the premium player in the ecommerce space, combining a comprehensive suite of global payment options with sophisticated fraud and security management, delivered in a software-as-a-service model.
Position Description: Visa Inc is looking for a Systems Analyst to work in the U.S. with the CyberSource Settlement and Reporting Application Support Team. The candidate will be responsible for providing settlement processing and report generation for our Enterprise and Small Business merchants, solving complex problems, and be involved with continuous application improvements and application deployment initiatives.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, managing open systems UNIX and Windows job processes, troubleshoot job problems, and work internal tickets and merchant escalations.
Additional information
This is a 24x7 rotating 12 hour shift alternating 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off.
Required to work OT as requested to cover staff shortages and training.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2 or more years of work experience
• Database familiarity and basic SQL skills.
• One or more years of Unix Experience
• Experience with Docker is a plus.
• Understanding of one or more programming languages such as shell scripting, Perl, Java, JavaScript, PHP.
• Knowledge of scheduling tools CA-ESP, Mesos, Marathon, Quartz, Ozzie, Control M
• Understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change management per the ITIL process.
• Payment processing experience or equivalent, e.g. finance industry
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team structure, and work effectively as part of a cross-functional organization
• Analytical and diagnostic skills, e.g., root cause analysis
• Must have a strong commitment to execution, follow through, and timely communication
• Must have excellent writing and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 62,000.00 to 79,100.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
