Job Description
The Manager, Implementation and Change will be a key member in Visa’s Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO), which is responsible for driving meaningful and sustainable change across the many segments of Visa’s business. Broad topics may include, but are not limited to:
Helping develop strategies and initiatives that drive step-change improvement in accountability
Addressing enterprise-wide organizational improvements to unlock revenue or capacity
Identifying areas of opportunity to improve the client experience and accelerate time-to-market
As a manager, the individual will be instrumental in defining and measuring success for Visa’s transformation efforts and be a member of the Implementation and Change practice. With a keen eye on operational excellence, and a broad understanding of what is entailed in driving change, this person will recommend and calculate the metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of change.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be a creative and independent thinker, analytically minded, with a solid background in financial and business analytics. They should have superior analytical and problem-solving skills, along with experience using a variety of methods to capture insights. In addition, a baseline understanding of business operations, with experience in project management or change implementation, will ensure success in the role. This person should also have excellent communication skills and be capable of providing insights to key stakeholders and executives that enables data-driven decisions.
Day to day responsibilities would entail:
Design the measurement strategy for transformation projects, including what information to capture throughout the course of the project – from solution development to implementation to long term business impact
Lead the implementation of the measurement strategy and maintain a continuous feedback loop through the duration of the project to ensure employees and the business are prepared for the change, leveraging inputs from qualitative methods, employee surveys, and system extracts
Conduct deep analysis or develop predictive models to assess potential business impact of proposed solutions, then measure the realized impact post implementation
Be the expert in defining the KPIs and executing methods for data capture and reporting that assesses Visa’s progress towards desired transformation outcomes such as speed, revenue gains, reduction in waste, and cost avoidance
Develop dashboards and reports to be used by executives and core team leaders that enable data driven decisions, highlight risks, and identify opportunities for course correction
Partner with Visa’s Change Managers to define measurement standards for change initiatives
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
• Degree in an analytical field such as statistics, mathematics, business analytics, economics, or similar (advanced analytics or business degree a plus)
• Experience using statistical and modeling software (e.g. Python, R, SAS, SPSS, Stata)
• Data visualization experience using Business Objects and/or Tableau
• Well versed in multiple methods of data capture from interviewing and focus groups to survey methods to system and data lake extracts
Preferred Qualifications:
• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• Experience in defining business KPIs and predicting long-term business impacts
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams at the same time
• Familiar with or have certifications in LEAN Six Sigma or Change Management
• Previous experience in Marketing or Business Operations or a Master’s in Business Analytics or an MBA would benefit the candidate

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 113,100.00 to 147,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
