Job Description

The Sales Associate will be an integral part of our sales team and will focus on the use, adoption, and growth of our eCommerce payments, fraud and payment security solutions.  The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting enterprise sales professionals and their clients in addition to ownership of an individual portfolio of merchants where they will be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to our clients.

This is a direct client facing role.

  • SA can be Point of contact for given account, but the account would roll-up to the segment and not the SA
  • Segment would have CPQ and visibility
  • Sales and account management support
  • Set up Merchant ID (MIDs)
  • Ability to address billing issues
  • Access to and ability to translate reports
  • Create support cases
  • Build and communicate health checks for specific accounts
  • Build decks for Business Reviews/QBRs
  • Capacity and gap coverage
  • Coverage for smaller accounts
  • Gap control for when there is PTO, LoA, or other
  • Develop and execute account level strategies that support key business metrics including client retention, revenue growth and profitability
  • Become a trusted advisor with clients by deeply understanding their business and aligning our solutions to their needs
  • Provide expertise on our global payment processing, fraud management and payment security.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of work experience
• College degree preferred
• Demonstrated passion for Customer Success and Relationship Management
• Account Management or Sales/Upselling experience
• Ability to collaborate and work cross functionally with Sales, Customer
Support, Marketing
• Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with customers and strong telephone,
and written etiquette skills
• Strong financial acumen and salesmanship with the ability to think creatively
• Strong organization and time management skills
• A positive attitude while being hyper-organized and comfortable multi-tasking
• Experience based 'Issue Resolution' skills that facilitate dialogue across
multiple contacts
• Ability to deal with customers in a manner that shows sensitivity and tact.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 74,000.00 to 94,400.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
