Job Description

As a Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for increasing awareness and engagement with the decision makers within the finance industry in your market, helping this audience to understand the benefits of open banking and how Tink as part of Visa can help them achieve their business goals.

You’re someone with a strong track record in B2B marketing who will be responsible for accelerating awareness and adoption of open banking solutions among our biggest and most strategically important prospects and customers. We’re looking for someone with a strong ability to understand the financial industry and how Marketing will contribute to our commercial success and long-term commercial goals. You will work closely with both the central marketing team and local sales leadership to realize our commercial goals.

What you’ll be responsible for

 

  • Ensure the value of Tink’s product offering is communicated in a clear, consistent and compelling way. Craft strong value propositions and messaging for your product area and market. You are the storyteller for your products and responsible for aligning them with the overarching content themes in your market.
  • Build a deep understanding of our customers, market trends, competitive landscape and relevant events and channels in order to build and execute successful got to market approach and marketing campaigns that expand awareness of our offering and drive leads in close collaboration with the central marketing teams and the sales team.
  • Responsible for increasing awareness and engagement with the decision makers within the market by driving relevant marketing activities to support commercial success. 
  • Create materials and content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the buying process to help move prospects & customers through the sales cycle by partnering with the central Marketing team, Product and Commercial teams.
  • Work closely with sales leaders in your market, and the central Demand Gen team to coordinate bespoke ABM activities towards the highest priority enterprise and strategic prospects, as well as following up on performance.

What you likely have that we need

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 3 years of work experience with an Advanced degree
  • Experience in Product Marketing, (or similar B2B Marketing roles), for an Enterprise-focused tech company
  • Experience from the fintech, retail banking, consumer lending or payments industries
  • A natural storyteller and simplifier of complex concepts with ability to see the bigger picture and deep-dive when needed
  • A strong collaborator and communicator with both externals and internal commercial and product teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience of working with senior Product and Commercial leadership
  • Coming from a fast-paced, high-growth organization, working with innovative and disruptive products
  • Passion for, and interest in tech companies and preferably also the finance industry

Additional Information

Work Hours:  This position will be based in the Tink New York offices and this person should anticipate to be working in  hybrid environment three days a week (60% of time in office)   This will not be a remote position.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 145,000 to 155,000 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
