Job Description

As a Business Operations Consultant on the Business Operations & Strategy team, you will play an important role in driving the strategy and supporting day-to-day operations of the North America Client Services (CS) organization.  A significant focus for this role will be developing reporting and dashboards that will be used by the North America Leadership Team to help inform decisions and run the business.  Although this is not a client-facing role, this person will work directly with client-facing teams on various projects, communications, and other initiatives.  This is an individual contributor role, but may be responsible for leading project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop ad-hoc and scheduled reports/dashboard based on various regional performance metrics.  These are to be used by executives within CS as well as leaders within partner teams.

  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and recommendations for improvements.

  • Assist with development of presentations for executive review.

  • Develop and maintain internal web pages (“Compass”) for internal partners that promotes billable services offered by North America CS and encourages the use of VIK (Value-in-Kind).  This includes the development and documentation of key VIK use cases.

  • Develop and support various regional communications for CS teams and internal partners.

  • Lead or support process improvement initiatives.

  • Support other North America CS initiatives/projects/task forces, as needed.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both home and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 50% of the time during the week.  Two days are designated as in-office collaboration days and are based on the office in which the candidate is domiciled.  The third day in the office will be decided based on team needs and determined in partnership with senior leadership.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications & Attributes
5+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 3+ years with and an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA)
3+ years of experience with reporting tools such as Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor and attention to detail
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities while working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
Curiosity to understand the business
Proven ability to establish productive working relationships with staff and management at all levels
Proficient with the following MS Office applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
Ability to set priorities and manage expectations while working as part of a team or independently
Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required

Preferred Qualifications & Attributes
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
Experience working in a client facing role
Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Proficient with MS Power Automate
Experience in payments industry
Knowledge of project management standards
Lean Six Sigma Certification

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 111,200.00 to 144,500.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
