Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager in the Customer Experience organization, you will be responsible for setting the direction and lead the work on how US consumers use and experience our products. This is a role that requires close collaboration with designers, engineers, and existing customer experience product managers to build best-in-class product experiences.

You will set the strategic direction and define how the user experience will look for consumers that want to access our open banking products in the US. You will among other things define the strategic direction, perform market and consumer research, execute and evaluate tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams of product and engineering leaders.

 Responsibilities

  • You will own the user experience for the US market where our front-end SDK for end-user authentication is one of the main interfaces
  • You will develop the long-term strategic and short-term tactical roadmap for the customer experience teams to provide the best user experiences in the US market
  • You will drive local market and consumer research in a collaborative and cross-functional environment with designers, data analysts and other specialists
  • You will collaborate with Customer Experience Product Managers (global function), US Product leadership, and Customer Experience engineering teams

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
  • You have prior experience from a high growth technology company or financial services industry
  • You have a demonstrated ability to drive product development with high velocity and quality
  • You are data driven with a focus on constantly improving the experience of your product
  • You are able to efficiently collaborate with engineering teams, commercial, and other product stakeholders to gather requirements and turn those into action


Preferred Qualifications

  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA)
  • You have prior experience delivering mobile and web products, developer focused platforms and SDKs
  • You have prior experience from open banking connectivity / financial institution access in the US market
  • You have a strong interest in user experience, design and/or copywriting

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 142,300.00 to 180,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
