We are looking for an Experienced Technical Product Manager to join the Identity and Access Management team at Visa Inc. 

Essential Functions: 

·         Define the vision for your area of focus, carve a clear roadmap of initiatives, solutions, and features, secure leadership, and stakeholder buy-in

·         Identify, engage, and collaborate with stakeholders to determine their needs, secure alignment, and consistently communicate progress

·         Prioritize, elicit, and define requirements to clearly communicate what needs to be built and why

·         Identify, define, obtain stakeholder buy in and monitor/track the KPIs and KRIs

·         Discover and validate user pain points and leverage user feedback to build functionalities, solutions, and products

·         Monitor progress and proactively adapt to ensure that we execute seamlessly to deliver on our roadmap creating value for users and business.

·         Collaborate and work closely with teams (e.g. user community, access management, development, quality assurance, operations, and cross-functional teams) to iteratively and quickly deliver functionality that accomplishes the pre-defined business goals

·         Develop deep understanding of how our products, services, and solutions work, generating new ideas and opportunities for innovation and improvement

·         Collaborate to define the long-term strategy and roadmap for the B2E Identity platform - products and services - in partnership with leadership, architecture, and engineering teams

·         Build mockups or prototypes of user interfaces where applicable and evangelize with the user community for immediate feedback and iterate

·         Leverage data to generate actionable insights, leverage them to achieve product goals, and deliver business outcomes

·         Plan and execute programs to train users, manage change, increase product adoption, and improve user engagement

·         Promote awareness about the Identity and Access management program

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• 4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or other cybersecurity domains
• Strong logical skills, with a focus on data and generating actionable insights
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, such as lifecycle (joiner, mover, leaver), password policies, RBAC/ABAC, and least privilege
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Excellent inter-personal, analytical & communication skills
• Affinity for an engineering culture that emphasizes Agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery
• Experience with RBAC and with role mining or role engineering
• Experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM): privileged actions, session management, credential vaulting, monitoring and governance
• Experience in working with PAM use cases in cloud, product evaluation, and merger and acquisitions is desired
• Working knowledge of PCI and SOX requirements as related to Cybersecurity and access management
• Good command of querying different data stores (Relational, NoSQL)
• Security Certifications – CISSP, CISM or others

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 117,700.00 to 153,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
