Job Description

New Flows represents a key strategic growth area for Visa, as we expand beyond core consumer card payments (C2B) and into broader money movement flows among individuals, businesses, and governments. The investments that Visa has made over decades in C2B have provided Visa with the infrastructure, technical capability, brand, expertise, and relationships to tap into money movement between a much broader coupling of counterparties (B2B, B2b, B2C, P2P, G2C, G2B, etc).  The New Flows target market offers more than 185T in potential volume, and growth in New Flows is a Board-level aspiration for the company, with an aggressive net revenue CAGR forecast of 25%+ over the next five years.

The New Flows Sales Excellence Senior Manager will be focused on supporting global and regional sales teams for the New Flows organization across our Visa Business Solutions, Visa Direct, Treasury as a Service, and Visa Government Solutions segments.   This unique role, reporting to the head of sales excellence, will join a high growth part of the business team focused on driving revenue and supporting our sales teams with the necessary analytics and insights to drive successful client outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide deep dive analysis on our incentive compensation program, sales productivity, client whitespace planning, and more.
  • Work directly with our sales leaders to deliver insightful analysis on business performance.
  • Work with our CRM team to drive technical changes necessary to create deeper reporting and analytics.
  • Identify areas for process improvement
  • Manage and drive adoption and usage across sales tools
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, CRM, marketing and other analytics teams

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree including 2+ years’ experience in sales compensation and/or sales operations with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience focused on enabling sales teams
  • Minimum 3 years working with sales force automation tools i.e. Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, High spot, LMS tools, etc.
  • Familiarity with sales and CRM end to end processes and capabilities
  • Experience collaborating with geographically dispersed teams
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with evidence of detailed revenue forecasting capabilities
  • Enjoy networking, strategic thinking and developing presentations complete with recommendations
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills including advanced Power point skills
  • Excellent problems solving and analytical skills with ability to drive findings into strategic imperatives
  • Attention to detail and dedicated to efficient productivity
  • Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic and flexible with ability to influence in a highly matrixed organization.

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 130,800.00 to 170,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
