Job Description
- Build and deploy remote actions in Nexthink as per OTS requirements and create investigations for remediation based on their ticket volume
- Proactively debug application/performance issues by creating investigations in Nexthink
- Build dashboards as per stakeholder needs for proactive and reactive investigations
- Create and deploy campaigns for end user notifications based on EES/Cyber defined criteria
- Maintain 100% compliance by timely patching of Nexthink collector and server vulnerabilities
- Work closely across departments to identify and close any gaps and support Nexthink adoption activities within CE, OTS, EES and Cyber teams
- Manage infrastructure changes like Nexthink cloud migration and platform upgrades (Infinity)
- Drive security assessments for custom plug-ins / app packages in Nexthink.
- Build compliance dashboards for applications/security tools with out of compliance alerting to the ATCs
- Assist the Nexthink Accelerate program by setting up access/environment for Nexthink team and drive weekly cadence aimed to solve end user issues.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or closely related discipline, required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- 3+ years of experience in systems engineering (Windows and/or Mac)
- Working knowledge of current Windows and Mac OS is required
- 3+ years of experience in systems Engineering
- Working knowledge of current Windows and Mac OS is required
- Working knowledge of Nexthink
- Knowledge of BigFix, SCCM or JAMF a plus
- Ability to coordinate activities within cross-divisional and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to effectively perform problem isolation and resolution of critical systems to have the least amount of impact and downtime.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to learn new technologies, concepts, and procedures quickly.
- Ability to assess, analyze and research technical situations and provide viable alternatives.
- Self-motivated with the ability to exercise independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with management, IT and Business partners
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 100,200.00 to 127,800.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).
