n this role, you will partner with regional teams and business units across Client Services, as well as Finance, HR and Corp. Communications to help define, track and report on progress against Client Services’ Objectives, Key Results and Initiatives.  You will need to develop an understanding of business drivers, success factors and challenges across different teams and functions within Client Services. Success in this role will require that you connect dots, identify opportunities and solutions, and represent the “story” accurately and succinctly in reports and presentations.

 

This position will report into the Senior Director, CS Global Business Strategy & Operations. 

 

Essential Functions

  • Understand performance management objectives, and design and deploy relevant templates to support reporting needs for different audiences / forums (for example, business reviews, monthly reporting pack, Extended Leadership Team meeting, All Staff etc.)
  • Ensure that the data being collected and reported provides visibility into progress against goals, drives understanding of the underlying business drivers and helps to quickly identify gaps and challenges
  • Drive alignment on key terms, definitions, calculated metrics, etc., iterate as needed to address gaps or discrepancies
  • Ensure that data submissions and commentary from business owners meet expectations (accuracy, completeness, relevance)
  • Create scalable and repeatable reporting processes, continually explore opportunities for improvement, both with the process (efficiency) and the output (quality)
  • Support with selection, configuration, testing and rollout of automated solutions / tools
  • Assist with development of presentations for executive review
  • As needed, support SD and VP with broader responsibilities and new workstreams around Performance Management and Business Operations.

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of
experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience
with a PhD
• Minimum of 8 years (or 5 years with an advanced degree) of relevant and progressive experience
across business operations, program management, consulting operations, financial planning and
analysis, or related functions

Preferred Qualifications

• 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of
experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience
with a PhD
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook
• Ideal candidate will have some experience in payments, banking and/or consulting industry.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 121,000.00 to 157,300.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
