Job Description
The Innovation and Global Digital Partnerships organization leads the development and commercialization of Visa products and solutions for Big Tech, Fintech and Platform partnernerships as well as our global network of Innovation Centers. The Business Planning and Operations team is focused on a range of business performance, business planning and analysis and operational responsibilities focused on supporting the Big Tech, Fintech and Innovation teams. This role provides support to the leadership team across a range of activities focused on improving business performance, supporting the leadership team with research, analysis and presentations and driving culture initiatives for the group.
Specific responsibilities include the following:
- Creating and developing presentations to support Senior Leadership meetings with both internal and external stakeholders (including clients across the globe).
- Leading strategic initiatives, assessments and projects to drive incremental revenue and improve business planning and operations.
- Identifying and sharing best practices across the team to improve business performance.
- Coordinating strategic business decisions around revenue generation, business optimization and investments
- Leading and creating employee initiatives to build a best-in-class culture across all regions and business areas.
- Lead the annual goal setting and establishment of business scorecards for the Innovation and Global Digital Partnership teams.
- Assessing key priorities for the group and ensuring goal alignment to priorities across the organization. Track business performance through quarterly scorecard updates.
- Develop business unit five-year strategic plan in partnership with leadership team.
- Deliver insights on competitors and market and provide benchmarking to support group strategy, key priorities and business unit presentations and performance assessments.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline reporting and analysis and identify key issues for the leadership team.
- Highlighting success stories across the group to amplify the Innovation and Digital Partnership story.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to colloborate across business and functional stakeholders and build relationships across the team and organization
Strategic thinker with an ability to analyze business issues and problems, develop solutions and execute
Highly analytical and intellectually curious. Asks questions to build knowledge base and highlight trends and risks and concerns
Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver across a range of strategic initiatives
Excellent problem-solving skills with a mindset of making it easier and simpler for partners
Culture leader with a demonstrated ability to interact with team members to understand colleagues concerns and issues and implement solutions to build a best-in-class culture
Ability to work independently and comfortable working on new and emerging projects and developing frameworks
Visa and payment industry knowledge a plus
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 181,800.00 to 250,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
