As a Senior Manager in the Acceptance Solutions Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, you will pave the way to deliver amazing service, support, and data with the highest quality for CyberSource's strategic clients (merchants, acquirers, and technology partners). You will work with colleagues, who will support and challenge you daily. You will lead teams tasked with multiple projects ranging from BAU ticket processing, tooling development, and reporting/data analytics. You must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, can work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment, and be able to prioritize multiple demands. You will be responsible for creating and implementing best practices, finding areas of improvements, and coordinating multiple work streams.

Essential Functions

·       The creation of conceptual approaches to maximizing throughput of SRE services.

·       Leading agile development teams in designing, developing, testing, and supporting tooling solutions.  

·       Evaluate options and provide recommendations for production issue solutions.

·       Able to work on multiple projects and initiatives with different/competing timelines and demands.

·       Collaborate with multiple up and downstream teams, including support teams, development teams, operational teams, and business to effectively drive prioritized solutions to production problems.

·       Identify platform resiliency gaps and work with architects and development and operational teams to improve platform performance through resiliency initiatives.

·       Work with limited direction, usually within a complex environment, to drive delivery of solutions and meet service levels.

·       Hire and develop a diverse team of talented engineers.

·       Coach/mentor others within sub-function.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 130,800.00 to 170,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
