Job Description

The Senior Analyst, Global Digital Client Solutions will lead and contribute to strategically important initiatives to launch impactful Visa Direct programs with key named global clients across multiple regions. Responsibilities are focused on designing, developing, and deploying innovative payment solutions with high-profile digital partners, utilizing Visa Direct and other Visa products and capabilities.  Succeeding in this role requires close collaboration with a wide range of cross-functional teams within Visa, as well as broad understanding of the digital payments landscape as well as related Visa solutions.

Essential Functions

  • Identify new product and solution opportunities for Visa based on the needs and plans of named global partners.
  • Present new solution concepts and ideas to clients as well as internal stakeholders and collect feedback and requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Visa product managers and architects to design and develop new digital payment solutions for a set of named global partners.
  • Establish and manage program structures with key work streams and internal stakeholders identified for successful deployment of the solutions with the partners.
  • Define and contribute to commercial models for the solutions, including pricing, key agreement terms etc.
  • Perform and orchestrate in-depth research and data analysis to gain detailed understanding of the named clients services and business.
  • Create and provide inputs to monthly status and business reports as required.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

 Basic Qualifications

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work
experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience
with a PhD

 Preferred Qualifications

- 8 years of work experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or
- 6 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or
- 3 years of experience with a PhD.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related fields. Master’s degree
a plus
- 3+ years product/solutions or program management experience in digital payments. Ability to
understand customer needs and design solutions based on those needs.
- Broad knowledge about digital payment technologies and services, including person-to-person
payments, e-commerce, digital marketplaces, and funds disbursements. Curious mindset with
willingness to try new services in order to understand the consumer journey and to identify new
opportunities for Visa.
- Comprehensive understanding of the digital payments business landscape and revenue models
across all participants – issuers, digital payment platforms, digital marketplaces, merchants,
acquirers and payment networks.
- Solid understanding of Visa Direct and other Visa product capabilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in and manage complex programs with several stakeholders in a matrix
organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large transactional data sets, interpret
ambiguous situations, and make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills and an ability to synthesize information and make
clear, concise recommendations on a course of action
- Creative, team-focused, and effective problem solver

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 130,800.00 to 170,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
