Job Description
The Program Manager - Inclusion & Diversity will act to drive global change in support of an inclusive workplace culture. The role is project management of complex and multi-cultural solutions. Ongoing workstreams will be research-based and data-supported initiatives. Projects include global self-identification, I&D assessment tools, metrics and measurement, pilots to test and learn in support of new I&D solutions, and examining ongoing industry trends for applicability at Visa. Leveraging change management concepts and strong collaborations will be critical factors for long-term success.
The Program Manager - Inclusion & Diversity will work across the Inclusive Impact and Sustainability function leveraging project management skills and I&D expertise. Intersectionality includes knowledge management center support, social impact measurement, equitable & sustainable environments, infrastructure buildouts on Microsoft Dynamics, innovative I&D product & services, data analysis, etc. The role engages internal and external stakeholders on topics related to inclusion and diversity. The position requires working with - data, existing and newly formed global partnerships, and dynamic people.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the coordination and development of Inclusion & Development projects and programs
- Act as an integral and integrated member of the Inclusion & Diversity team
- Act as the centralized process for coordination of resources, planning, communication, measurement, documentation, logistics, problem solving, process improvements, and celebration
- Organize data and program outcomes to align with the growth and scalability of I&D programs with awareness of global time zones
- Measure program performance with qualitative and quantitative tools
- Establish project plans and report on weekly milestones to drive successful outcomes
- Work closely, collaborate, and learn from Inclusion & Diversity Project Managers and across Stand Together and Inclusive Impact & Sustainability
- Support program logistics including scheduling, evaluation, and reporting
- Coordinate communication plans with functional leadership and other internal stakeholders
- Benchmark using internal and external intelligence
- Coordinate status report(s) on established timelines
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Relevant experiences includes project management within – consulting practices, I&D functions, and social impact/philanthropy sector.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• 5+ years of program and project management
• Commitment to inclusion & diversity
• Track record of effectively managing multiple projects in a fast-pace environment
• Strong communication skills (research, interview, write, edit, and present)
• Strong interest and willingness to drive change
• Ability to be a strong collaborative team member
• Exceptional organizational skills with high degree of attention to detail
• Ability to synthesize and analyze data and trends
• Proficiency in MS Office programs and ability to adapt to and learn new software programs/systems
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

US Applicants Only: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 101,800.00 USD to 132,300.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for annual bonus and equity.
