We are a team of passionate UX designers and researcher that love to solve complex business problems with elegant user experience. We work on a SaaS platform that serves some of the biggest financial institutions and organizations in the world. The experience we crafted is crucial to the complex business and financial processes used by these entities. As a collaborative and supportive team, we have a strong sense of accountability and culture of excellence.
What UX designer does at Visa:
In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems in complex use case scenarios. A strong portfolio of successful UX projects is essential. This role requires a UX designer who’s experienced at taking complex user tasks and transforming them into intuitive, beautiful and accessible user experiences.

Projects you will be a part of:
You will work closely with our senior UX designer, researcher, and Product Managers to create user experience artefacts such as journey map, wireframe, design and prototypes. You will be tasked to bring abstract concepts to life with strong visualization skills. You will also work closely with business analysts and engineering team to make sure the designs are flawlessly implemented and delivered. You will work on projects that redefine and redesign a variety of business finance processes in some of the biggest organizations around the world.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
• Solid proficiency in user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping and UI design.
• Strong understanding of Information Architecture and Interaction Design. Hands on experience with user testing are desired. Experience in web analytics would be highly regarded.
• Experience in designing user interfaces for large commercial SaaS product, or B2B web based software especially those that are data-rich with complex scenarios and workflows is desired.
• Experienced in designing for mobile apps or mobile optimised sites. Knowledge in mobile usability patterns and an appreciation for clean, simple and usable interfaces is important.
• Familiar with web accessibility best practices. HTML & CSS knowledge will help.

• Background or experience in designing finance software is a plus.
