Visa’s Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition team is accountable for the end to end hiring of people across the region whilst providing thought leadership and consultative direction to our business. We are a team of Recruiters dispersed across the region working in close collaboration with our business and community every day.

What a Early Careers Talent Acquisition Coordinator does at Visa:

  • Collaborates closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners, business stakeholders and candidates to create the very best recruitment experience for all stakeholders
  • Captures accurate data regarding all open and filled roles and prepares regular hiring updates for executive stakeholders
  • Is a key point of contact for candidates through the interview process to answer queries related to interviews
  • Works with candidates/career development centre, interviewers and to book interviews
  • Prepares weekly updates for various stakeholders and Talent Management initiatives

Qualifications

What you will need:

  • The equivalent of 2 to 3 years of experience in Recruitment Coordination or Executive Administration
  • Demonstrable and strong experience in creating delightful experiences for participants in interviews/business meetings
  • To be highly organised, structured and prompt in how you complete assigned tasks
  • A consultative, strategic and solution-oriented approach to how you manage relationships with your stakeholders with an ability to think creatively when faced with challenging situations
  • Strong focus on delivering the very best experience for your candidates

What will also help:

  • Being comfortable and highly adept at managing complex geographical time zones for interview / meeting scheduling
  • The ability to balance, organise, and work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising own work to meet challenging deadlines, with a commitment to quality, detail and excellence
  • Ability to cope with ambiguity and to creates trust to work independently
