Job Description

Visa is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Program Manager to be a foundational member of the Visa Global Talent Acquisition Enablement and Performance team.  This person will help design, build, and deliver a world class talent acquisition training program for both internal and external teams within Talent Acquisition at Visa globally.  This is a unique opportunity to help Visa optimize and upskill all the Talent Acquisition teams across the globe with consistent and unified processes to enable Visas growth to the next level of excellence.

Essential Functions

  • Assist in the design of the newly formed Global Enablement and Performance Team

  • Design and develop the new Recruiter Training Organization, working closely with existing stakeholders to utilize current content to ensure consistency in messaging across the global organization

  • Plan and execute recruiting events to bring new talent into Visa for the Talent Acquisition Training Program

  • Partner with the Employment Branding team to assist in driving the overall marketing strategy

  • Develop an engaging onboarding experience for new members of the Talent Acquisition Organization

  • Be a thought partner in developing and maximizing global programs and events

  • Budget management as appropriate

  • Able to successfully work in a remote and/or hybrid work model

This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD

COLORADO APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position in Colorado is 100,100 USD to 130,100 USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for annual bonus and equity.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
