Job Description
An Account Manager within Cybersource is an integral player in helping some of Europe's largest companies to power their digital growth. Leading a portfolio of retail clients, you will be responsible for merchant retention, growth and the continued expansion of the relationship within Visa.
This role is a fixed term contract (maternity cover) until 31st December 2022.
Apply your vast competence and expertise of sophisticated payment systems to consult, guide and enable our global client base to realise their payments aspirations
Channel your relationship building skills to build a deep cohesive partnership and position Cybersource at the core of their business model, expansion plans and long-term commercial strategy
Demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to identify, engage and expand the Cybersource client relationship, finding opportunities to further incorporate and sell Cybersource's product offerings into their commercial strategy
Make a positive impact by delivering on commitments to consistently achieve outstanding results. Build support, commitment and respect from others by demonstrating professionalism, integrity and expertise

This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.

• Demonstrated account management experience with customers within the payments industry.
• Demonstrated experience of applying sales methodology to identify where CyberSource can add value
• Demonstrated experience of working with multiple internal teams and a proven track record of being able to deliver added value to the customer through a cohesive approach
• Proven capabilities in designing, implementing and steering growth plans across a portfolio of customers
• Strong track record of using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce, to ensure account plans are visible to a broad range of stakeholders
• Proven track record/evidence of ability to build sustained value-add relationships
• Experience of working across complex matrix organisations
