New Payment Flows (NPF) division’s charter is to capture new sources of money movement through card and non-card flows, including Visa Business Solutions, Government Solutions and Visa Direct which presents an enormous growth opportunity. Our team brings payment solutions and associated services to clients around the globe.  Our global clients and partners deploy our solutions to serve the needs of Small Businesses, Middle Market Clients, Large Corporate Clients, Multi Nationals and Governments. The Visa Business Solutions (VBS) and Visa Government Solutions (VGS) team is a world-class technology organization experiencing tremendous, double-digit growth as we expand products into new payment flows and continue to grow our core card solutions. Visa Spend Clarity for Business is a part of Visa Business Solutions vertical of Visa’s Technology organization. We are responsible to develop capabilities that allows VISA to compete with Amex, MasterCard and FinTech’s to win new deals and renewals globally. Digital solutions and Business Reporting are integral parts of solution that provide small business clients a rich set of functionalities.  We are looking for engineers to join our VSCB team as Senior Software Engineer based in Bangalore, India.

Primary responsibilities for this role will include:

• Design and develop mission-critical systems with high-availability and high performance.
• Design, code and integrate n-tier applications with different application components
• Write High Quality, testable and production ready code
• Showcase excellent debugging and problem solving skills.
• Be a proactive player and have a passion for delivering zero defect high quality code.
• Interested in Innovation and ideation. Contribute to development of new products by building quick POCs and converting ideas into real products.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high quality products and services that meet business requirements and exceeds. expectations while applying the latest available tools and technology.
• Help developer efficiencies by utilizing Continuous Integration/Development tools, test automation frameworks and other related items.
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams and follow the guidelines.
• Create documentation and procedures for development, deployment and maintenance
• Deliver all assigned responsibilities in a timely manner and with a high level of quality.
