Job Description
A Senior Account Manager within Cybersource is an integral player in helping some of Europe's largest companies to power their digital growth. Leading a portfolio of clients, you will be responsible for merchant retention, growth and the continued expansion of the relationship within Visa.
What you will do day to day.
- Apply your vast competence and expertise of sophisticated payment systems to consult, guide and enable our global client base to realise their payments aspirations
- Channel your relationship building skills to build a deep cohesive partnership and position Cybersource at the core of their business model, expansion plans and long-term commercial strategy
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to identify, engage and expand the Cybersource client relationship, finding opportunities to further incorporate and sell Cybersource's product offerings into their commercial strategy
- Make a positive impact by delivering on commitments to consistently achieve outstanding results. Build support, commitment and respect from others by demonstrating professionalism, integrity and expertise
- Exercise your collaboration skills with internal partners to support shared goals and embrace Cybersource’s focus on crafting success
- Grow the team's analytical skills and business knowledge, sharing your subject matter expertise and acting in a mentorship capacity where appropriate. Everybody is a leader in Visa
Qualifications

- Bring strong credentials within a client facing role, along with a proven track record of achieving commercial targets
- Echo Cybersource's focus on the client experience and evolution thereof.
- Be naturally inclined to provide exceptional service and make valued contribution through anticipating client needs and exceeding client expectations
- Be comfortable working with multiple internal teams and a proven track record of being able to deliver value to the customer through a cohesive approach
- Possess a strong bias for action and capable of crafting, implementing and steering growth plans for clients
- Be accustomed to building relationships at board/C-suite level
- Have a deep understanding of the power of social media and be a strong advocate for its use in commercial engagement
- Embrace the CRM tool, to ensure client insights and account details are readily available
- Bring solid credentials in implementing standard methodology account management practices across strategically important clients
- Embrace the IDDEA sales methodology
