Job Description

Cybersource, a Visa company, is a world leader in payment acceptance, payment processing, risk management and payment security. Product Operations support the architecture of Cybersource product offering and the primary drivers of product success and adoption by merchants, acquirers and technology partners.
 

This exciting opportunity is within Cybersource Alternative Payment Product team.  As the PSP Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day business with all PSPs and be a voice for possible operational improvements.  You must be able to work independently, and drive escalation as required to ensure we provide a best-in-class experience for our merchants and acquirers. This position will work closely with the Product Management, Client Services, Underwriting and Revenue Operations teams to close open inquiries, complete onboarding and coordinate procedures, and interface with regional and global payment partners.
 

The candidate must possess strong operational acumen, coupled with communication skills and payments industry knowledge to drive the best outcome for the business.  This role reports to the Director of Alternative Payments.
 

Responsibilities:
•    Manage the technical relationship for PSPs that are part of the Cybersource Alternative Payments platform APIs
•    Maintain process for merchant onboarding of alternative payment. Liaise with onboarding, and underwriting.  Act as SME on future project to automate documentation onboarding 
•    Functioning as the relationship point of contact for PSPs to assist them in any of their business, operational or technical queries.
•    Work with product teams to maintain and update internal documentation on PSPs and payment methods.
•    Manage 2nd level support tickets from Client Services and tickets from PSPOPS email
Includes supporting PSEs, TAMs and other customer facing personnel to resolve issues related to live and going live with alternative payments
 

Qualifications

Professional:

• 5+ years with experience in Project Management or Program Management is an advantage
• Bachelors degree preferred

Technical:

• Strong understanding of Alternative Payments/payment methods
• Deep skills in analyzing transactional and technical issues
• Understanding of transaction logs and systems, databases and database tools
• Good skills with Excel and Tableau an advantage

Business:

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; Ability to synthesize information into key messages appropriate for the audience.
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be organized, able to act independently, and able to switch rapidly between different projects in a fast-paced environment
• Disciplined and tolerant of ambiguity, with the maturity and capability to interact and influence across multiple organizational levels internal and external to CYBS and Visa.
• Ability to interact with partners; strong communication skills
• Works well under pressure and able to meet aggressive deadlines.
• Ability to adapt working schedule to business needs, which involves managing partners in time zones across the globe

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
