Job Description

The Associate Project Manager will work with Cardinal's Partnerships team to support our largest global partners on the acquiring side. This role will be responsible for multiple revenue-generating partnerships projects. This role will develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. The Associate Project Manager will oversee the development and documentation of projects to meet business goals.

What You'll Do:

Meet all project deadlines.

Track and report on team efforts as it relates to projects.

Manage success of Cardinal and Visa systems integration.

Upload pipelines to Salesforce in a timely fashion.

Coordinate with internal resources and partners.

Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Work with team members to assess the relationship of projects to Company goals.

Assure good communication across teams and departments.

Report and escalate changes in project to management as needed.

Qualifications

What We Need You to Have:

2+ years' experience managing IT projects.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness.

Clear communicator with the ability to gain consensus with stakeholders.
