Job Description

Knowledge Analyst, Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA)

Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is the payments consulting arm of Visa, serving hundreds of clients through thousands of projects annually that improve client performance and profitability.  With every completed project, VCA creates new knowledge assets and intellectual property which can be used to help our teams be more efficient and effective around the world.  We use a digital platform called VCA Knowledge eXchange (KX) to share knowledge across our 5 regions, providing a holistic view of VCA capabilities in a central repository.

The role of the Knowledge Analyst within VCA is threefold, and includes the following high level responsibilities:

1) collaborating with regional knowledge champions to organize and collect IP, including partnering directly with regional subject matter experts and practice leaders to support Service Line objectives

2) developing new high quality knowledge assets, such as sales materials, execution templates and case studies, working closely with content creators such as consultants, data scientist and economists

3) optimizing the digital platform used to host and disseminate knowledge, including efforts to drive user engagement, improve the user experience   

Responsibilities:

·        Proactively reach out and work closely with practitioners to ensure that assets are sanitized and submitted to KX in a timely manner after successful client engagements and upload proposals, client pitch decks, case studies and templates

·        Review knowledge assets and ensure they are current/relevant and update them when appropriate and contribute to content development

·        Publish key knowledge assets and help with building the knowledge community at VCA

·        Work to standardize knowledge assets and templates for consistent look and feel globally, where appropriate

·        Create, maintain, and update content on VCA KX to ensure data integrity, appropriate permissions, and organization is as clear as possible

·        Drive development of intellectual property and knowledge assets to support the Practice Areas serving as an active contributor

·        Audit and update content on KX related to /practice area-related customized knowledge assets

·        Analyze key KX user adoption and usage metrics and proactively communicating with end users about content that is available on the KX platform and solicit feedback from users

·        Continue to capture and codify relevant materials and minimize redundancies in content creation globally

 

Qualifications

Skills/Qualifications

·        Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Knowledge Management team within a consulting firm

·        Prior experience with content-databases including (but not limited to) SharePoint, Confluence, and/or CRM solutions

·        Advanced content management experience, including indexing and creating taxonomy structures. Strong knowledge of cataloging and archiving techniques

·        Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize work, handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to complete projects on time

·        Experience in gathering, analyzing, and meeting business requirements

·        Fluency in English

·        Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills

·        Strong interpersonal skills; good team player

·        Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines

·        Flexibility to work across time zones

·        Experienced working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional, results-orientated environment

·        Self-motivated and able to work independently

·        Flexibility and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas

·        Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
