Job Description

What's it all about?

The role will support our client which is a French leader in the online banking domain. The incumbent will manage all aspects of client needs and more specifically develop, drive and implement end to end digital and innovation journey within this client to put it at par to the most innovative European neo-banks while keeping and reinforcing its already successful proven assets.

What we expect you do do, day to day.

  • Ensures the retention of Visa’s existing business with this Key Account Client and proactively develop incremental business streams

  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives

  • Proactively leads the annual business/account plan for the assigned account, defining what actions will be required for their product / portfolio.

  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an on-going basis with a strong focus on Digital and Innovation

  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel

  • Undertake strategic business planning to achieve scorecard targets and Visa’s strategic and business objectives

  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations across Visa

  • Own the executive client relationships and be the champion of thought leadership for innovation and creative ways of retaining the Visa business

  • Manage and have accountability from an end to end perspective for their client portfolio

  • Demonstrates good knowledge of all Visa products and services, with expert knowledge in digital and innovation areas. Expected to understand the impact of their specialty area on assigned member’s business.

  • Support cross functional initiatives as required

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge and experience of the payments industry and/or financial services. Experience in the digital/innovation area would be a must

  • Broad and comprehensive knowledge of Visa and its products and services

  • Ability to influence senior external decision makers.

  • Timely and effective decision-making

  • Persuasion and Influencing, particularly at senior levels but adept at communicating at all levels

  • Proven successful commercial experience with leading Financial Institutions

  • Fluent in French and English
