Job Description

You will be working with two product development teams within Cybersource on the path towards becoming high-performing teams.  

Essential Functions: 

  • Provide trainings, coaching and mentoring to team members, for them to self-manage, be productive and happy. 

  • Lead and coach your teams in growing their agility by making sure they are constantly improving and by influencing their habit changes that increase team performance at a sustainable pace. 

  • Support your distributed, remote teams to track their risks and impediments, help them to remove team impediments as quickly as possible. 

  • Work closely with product owners, helping them to always focus on the highest-value items and assisting them in managing the expectations of the stakeholders. 

  • Enable your teams to have positive and productive meetings by providing timely feedback, designing and facilitating them as requested or needed 

  • Help your teams collaborating with others in the organization, even in different time zones. 

  • Be an active and valued member of our Agile Community by proactively helping each other, sharing knowledge and experience and helping our community grow beyond our organizational unit.  

Qualifications

 

  • Successfully completed academic studies, or a comparable education and a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role
  • CSM or PSM certification  

  • Practical experience with Agile techniques and best practices including but not limited to: Defining User Stories, Pairing, Swarming, Automated Testing, Estimation techniques, Team health monitoring, etc. 

  • Solid understanding of Agile principles and their application in day-to-day activities  

  • Strong virtual and in-person facilitation skills with expertise in designing structured and engaging meetings and workshops where participants feel safe enough to raise and address issues.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of competency using Scrum practices.

  • 40 hours per week
