We are often recruiting for Consultants to build our existing team.  If you think you could support Visa as an Consultant we want to hear from you! Job Description

What's it all about?

  • A focus on “Strategy & Innovation” or “Digital Banking and Payments”
  • Assist in building strategies that help our clients grow their payment businesses in a technology-driven and innovative environment
  • Support our clients in customizing and implementing our digital products and solutions
  • Deliver assigned workstreams within high quality consultancy engagements in the Central Europe Cluster (Germanics and the Netherlands)
  • Develop and acquire subject matter expertise and Thought Leadership on the future of payments and retail banking to our clients and partners

What we expect day to day:

  • Understand our clients’ business objectives, needs, plans etc. together with the Central Europe Account Management Team
  • Support the identification of opportunities and improvements to grow the digital banking and payment business of our clients
  • Assist in developing and proposing appropriate strategies and business solutions to clients
  • Deliver high quality consultancy workstreams as assigned by Senior and/or Managing Consultant
  • Develop and acquire subject matter expertise and Thought Leadership on the future of payments and retail banking to our clients and partners
  • Leverage Visa’s innovation, product and data capabilities to further grow our clients’ business by working together with the sales and product teams as well as the Visa Innovation and Data Sciences team
  • Support the Senior and/or Managing Consulting to build and retain consulting relationships with key clients
  • Support Visa Consulting and Analytics practice development by developing skills, tools and innovative methodologies on a personal and team level
