Job Description

Our Business Growth Cross Boarder teams combine digital know-how with advanced tech to help clients understand and transform their businesses. Do you have the curious and analytical mind needed to work in Business Growth Cross Boarder?

We are looking for a self- starting Intern to facilitate more agile ways of working. You typically develop work plans, perform data-driven analysis and take ownership for significant portions of strategy development. You will seek to identify and crystalize new growth opportunities for Visa. This will involve:

·       Deliver projects or major project workstreams related to Visa’s Business Growth Cross Boarder – from shaping to successful implementation

·       Work closely with functional, regional and HQ management teams on strategic projects, bringing timely and useful insight and analytical support

·       Facilitating joint problem-solving with mid-level and senior-level business partners

·       Monitor the evolution of the Business Growth Cross Boarder competitive landscape, new technology developments and regulatory environment. 

·       Structure and solve business problems, collaborating and coordinating with a range of internal stakeholders to make recommendations on a wide range of business issues.

·       Develop rigorous, fact based, quantitative analysis to support recommendations. Ensure strategic and financial soundness and alignment for recommendations.

·       Communicate recommendations to management in a clear, concise and impactful way

·       University student who will graduate in 2022 or later

·       Confident communication skills able to work with senior stakeholders.

·       Pre-work experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm, experience in an operating company’s strategy function, professional services experience, or other relevant work experience

·       Superior analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor, attention to detail and ability to carry out sophisticated financial modelling

·       Ability to deliver complex cross-enterprise projects with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels

·       Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior executives and external business partners

·       Self-starter, results-focused, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible

·       Great communication skills – English and Spanish.
